How Good Is This Cheap FOGBUSTER CLONE? I Tested the SST LUBE CUBE Fogless Coolant for CNC Machining
I've been eyeing the Fogbuster system for years for times/equipment where I can't use flood coolant, but I just can't swallow paying several hundred dollars for a water filter housing, some tubing, and a small block of metal. Along comes SST, and finally makes a similar fogless flood coolant system, the SST Lub Cube, that may even have some improvements.

This is a really well thought out project, and I was (obviously) just looking for how to improve better mosquito control. Lots of rain this year and negligent neighbors not dumping stagnant water. I really like the part of wrapping the UV bulb with foil! I always hated seeing that in the morning, or hearing a june bug get toasted for a few seconds... Anyways, I'll be doing this soon! Thanks for the great implementations to a basic bug zapper!

Way too much chiner made garbage. Problem is, a USA made, high quality unit that will last would be 4 times the price, therefore making it cost prohibitive for the average consumer. I just bought a "Stealth" 1.5 hp. 12 gallon (chiner made) compressor from Homes Depot. Purchased using the HD consumer card so, it has a 1 yr. no questions return policy. This brand has a "limited lifetime" warranty. My guess is, after the one yr. HD return period expires, it will cost more to ship it back to "Stealth" for warranty repair than it would be to just buy a new one. I guess time will tell?

@@engineerable hi, when I use SmartThings for switch it tell me I need to use a hub in my home to connect the device
@@claracastillo3351 Yes, you need a hub, like the Samsung Smartthings hub which I use. This is a Z-Wave switch, not WiFi. But using a hub for devices like this is better than WiFi, because WiFi devices only use their own brand app and are less customizable. Z-Wave devices can be used with any Z-Wave compatible hub and are more customizable.
